Four Downs: Major Applewhite’s ‘Inappropriate Behavior’

Four Downs is your morning fix of reads from around ‘Net, served up daily on SaturdayBlitz.com.

Dallas Morning News: Texas Assistant Major Applewhite Engaged in “Inappropriate Behavior” With A Female Student

Texas athletic director DeLoss Dodds and UT Board of Regents must address documents, made public on Friday, that new Longhorn athletic director and former quarterback Major Applewhite engaged in “inappropriate, consensual behavior with an adult student” while the team was in Arizona for the 2009 Fiesta Bowl.

But the Ole Miss Rebels’ impressive signing class is not without scrutiny.

The Times Picayune: Robert Nkemdiche Meets Shaq While Visiting LSU

The Big Shaqtus, Shaq Daddy, Superman: no matter the moniker he’s called, Shaq is larger than life. His presence shows just how big Nkemdiche’s recruitment is.
