Saturday Blitz Vegas SEC Predictions Week 7

Saturday Blitz Record in SEC Predictions Last Week: 2-4 (45-10 Overall)

Last week’s SEC slate guaranteed us an incredibly exciting weekend, and the games still managed to exceed expectations. That comes with one game that was disappointing blowout none of us wanted to see when Auburn destroyed LSU. There were still a plethora of epic games, incredible upsets, and an all-around great SEC Saturday. So much that we were dead wrong on our predictions, having our first losing slate of the year.

Even the non-Top 25 SEC games brought us some action. Tennessee-Florida brought us the most exciting game between the two schools in eight years, and Kentucky’s upset of South Carolina was extremely exciting as well. But of course, standing over them all was Ole-Miss Alabama, which lived up to every bit of the hype it was given.

So now it’s time for Round Two.

More from Alabama Crimson Tide

Can the SEC match its excitement this weekend with the slate this weekend? Unfortunately, there aren’t six games that are all divisional games this weekend, but the slate among Top 25 teams is still pretty impressive. In fact, it might be more exciting than the games were last weekend, and that’s saying something.

In what looks like a battle to win the SEC East, Georgia and Missouri start everything off Saturday. But it’s far from over there. Auburn-Mississippi State is the signature game of the week at 3:30 ET. Then Alabama and Arkansas meet for a possibly exciting showdown in the evening, and Florida-LSU should be great as well. And then there’s the nightcap, with Ole Miss and Texas A&M going at it.

Take a look at that slate again and try to say it isn’t exciting. It may be more exciting than last week, so watch out. There are too many good games to suggest otherwise.

So with the hope that we give you a better showing than we did last week, here are our Week 7 Vegas SEC Predictions.
