Vegas Big 12 Predictions Week 7

Saturday Blitz Record in Big 12 Games Last Week: 4-1 (31-7 Overall)

Not to be outdone, the Big 12 made sure to get in on the action and excitement last week with TCU’s upset of Oklahoma. That win turned this Big 12 race from a two-horse race into a five-horse race. And it makes the rest of the season looking incredibly exciting. Nobody is going to want to miss it, and it starts this weekend.

TCU gets another chance to prove itself against what was perceived initially as the only other Big 12 power this year: Baylor. Who’s going to want to miss that game after what TCU did to Oklahoma last week? This is an epic afternoon showdown on national television that nobody should take their eyes off of.

But that’s not the only game.

More from Baylor Bears

There’s still the Red River shootout between Texas and Oklahoma, and even if Oklahoma is a heck of a lot better, you never know what can happen in these rivalry games. This has always been a game worth watching, and that’s not going to change this year just because of the talent disparity.

West Virginia-Texas Tech is another great game that will really let us know which Big 12 team is falling behind. That’s not a game you want to sleep on either.

The other two Big 12 games are sort of duds in Iowa State-Toledo and Oklahoma State-Kansas, but at least one of them is a conference game. And the other three are worth watching, so that’s good enough.

And with the possibility of another mighty falling, here are our Vegas Big 12 Predictions for Week 7 of the college football season.
