The Arizona Wildcats were unable to follow up their 31-24 upset victory over the Oregon Ducks with a win over the Southern Cal Trojans. They rallied from a 28-13 deficit but lost 28-26 after failing to make a two-point conversion and then missing a last chance field goal.

However, it wasn’t all bad for the Arizona Wildcats – they landed a commitment from 3-Star cornerback Shun Brown.

The 5’8.5, 161-pound Brown is from Shreveport, Louisiana and attends Calvary Baptist Academy. He also holds offers from several other schools, including the top-ranked Mississippi Bulldogs.

Brown is ranked as the country’s 93rd-best cornerback prospect, the 67th-best overall prospect from the state of Louisiana and the 1,188th-best prospect in the class of 2015 according to 24/7 Sports’ composite rankings.

Brown is the 24th commitment for the Arizona Wildcats. Their class ranks 31st nationally and fourth in the Pac-12.
