If any conference is slowly playing its part in narrowing the gap between the SEC and the rest of the country, the Pac-12 is that conference, even ahead of the Big Ten.

There is a lot of returning talent to lots of teams this upcoming year, lots of hype surrounding other teams, and a few other teams whom we know will be good simply because of how consistent they have been the past few years.

Pac-12 spring practice raises lots of questions this summer, but lots of it is about how teams can cope with more experience, more expectations, and more hype. The conference as a whole has a chance to be as deep as any conference ever.

You’ve got the hype behind USC, Oregon and Stanford are still Oregon and Stanford, there are four other teams in the Pac-12 South looking to establish themselves as legitimate powerhouses, and schools like Cal and Washington could be on the rise.

All of these teams have a lot to show us, making Pac-12 spring practices crucial. Let’s take a look at the biggest questions facing each team in the conference as they begin their practices.
