The full list of participants for the NFL Combine is out and it features a number of players who will look to improve their status for the upcoming 2016 NFL Draft.

Now that the Super Bowl 50 extravaganza has come and gone, although I think the Cam Newton press conference fallout and questions about Peyton Manning’s future will continue for some time, the next event on the football calendar is the NFL Scouting Combine.

The combine gets underway from Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis on Feb. 23-29. The first two days will consist of media interviews for the more than 300 draft prospects gathered in Indy before the on-field workouts begin on Friday, Feb. 26 with the running backs, offensive linemen and special teamers.

Saturday, Feb. 27 sees the quarterbacks, wide receivers and tight ends on the field for their workouts, which will easily be the most-watched day of workouts on the NFL Network to see how Jared Goff, Carson Wentz, Paxton Lynch and the rest of the top arms fare. For Goff and Wentz it will be an opportunity to show they are worthy of going as high as No. 2 in the draft to the Cleveland Browns.

Sunday, Feb. 28 will be for the defensive linemen and linebackers while the defensive backs close out the combine with their workouts on Monday.
