Jim Harbaugh and the Michigan Wolverines brought out the trick plays in their game against Wisconsin on their first scoring drive. The Wolverines used the red zone as an opportunity to confused.

The Michigan Wolverines faced the Wisconsin Badgers in a Top 10 Big Ten battle on Saturday. Head coach Jim Harbaugh made sure to pull out all the stops to keep the Badgers on their toes.

As the first quarter came to a close, head coach Jim Harbaugh pulled out the bag of trick plays. It looked as though this formation would be the play the Wolverines offense would use to score from the six-yard line.

In the first quarter of their game against the Badgers, the Michigan Wolverines brought out a unique formation. It didn’t seem to confuse the Badgers too much as they stayed in their respective positions and didn’t panic.

That’s taking the I-formation to a whole new level. The Wolverines quickly moved into a more traditional formation, but it was an interesting way to start the play off. You have to give some credit to the Badgers for not freaking out.

The Wolverines would go on to score on the drive and currently lead at halftime 7-0. Although, kicker Kenny Allen has missed two field goals from 31 and 43 yards so far in the game. It could come back to haunt the Wolverines later in the game.

The Badgers have just 98 yards of offense (34 rushing, 64 passing) and a turnover in the game. The Wolverines defense has been stifling so far.
