Here’s how you can watch Saturday evening’s Utah State vs Boise State game at Albertsons Stadium online.

Boise State continued it’s impressive start to the season defeating their second power five opponent, Oregon State, 38-24. While Brett Rypien struggled to throw the ball, Jeremy McNichols had a career day on the ground rushing for 208 yards and had 4 total TDs. The Broncos defense proved to be stingy holding the Beavers offense to under 300 total yards.

Utah State has not had quite the same start as their Mountain West counterpart. On homecoming, the Aggies lost to Air Force in a hard fought game, 27-20. Not only did they lose the game, but they also lost their starting RB Devante Mays to a knee injury in the process. It was not all doom and gloom for Utah State as WR Ron’Quavion Tarver had a breakout game catching 9 passes for 143 yards. Unfortunately, the schedule does not get any easier for the Aggies this week as they face a Boise State team that is certainly looking to avenge their loss from last year.

I imagine the Broncos, especially Brett Rypien, have had this game circled on the calendar since the start of fall camp. The Aggies forced 7 turnovers and handed the Broncos a brutal 52-26 loss. It was easily Rypien’s worst game last year. I expect him and McNichols, who sat out last year’s game, to have a big game.

The Aggies will be plenty motivated to ruin the Broncos’ hot start. Without Mays, look for QB Kent Myers to target Tarver early and often. It will take a big game from this duo to beat the Broncos at home.

The spread is -21 in favor of the Broncos. Look for them to cover that in a runaway win, 42-17
