The Hokies and Yellow Jackets meet in what should be a good matchup between two good teams. Here’s all the live stream information.

The Virginia Tech Hokies are 7-2 this season and ranked 18th in the AP Poll. They have won three games in a row since their loss to the Syracuse Orange in Week 6. As the leader in the Coastal Division at 5-1, they just need to win out to make this season’s ACC Championship game.

Quarterback Jerod Evans has thrown 21 touchdowns and just two interceptions with 2,209 passing yards on the season for the Hokies. Receiver Isaiah Ford leads the team in receiving yards and touchdowns with 710 yards and six touchdowns. Receiver Cam Phillips has 551 receiving yards and two touchdowns. He’ll set a new career-high in receiving yards before the season ends. Tight end Bucky Hodges has 492 receing yards and five touchdowns.

Linebacker Tremaine Edmunds has emerged as the Hokies defensive leader. Edmunds has 67 tackles this season. His 13 tackles for losses are first in the ACC. He’ll put his tackling ability on display this week against Georgia Tech.

The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets are 5-4 on the season and 2-4 in ACC play. They have lost four of their last five conference games and are coming off a 48-20 drubbing to the North Carolina Tar Heels.

The offense hasn’t been much of an issue, most of the issues come from the defensive side of the ball. The Georgia Tech defense has allowed over 500 yards of offense in their last two games. They allowed a season-high 636 yards last week to North Carolina. Not a good formula success for the run-heavy Yellow Jackets.

They are rushing for 257.2 rushing yards a game as a team. Quarterback Justin Thomas has thrown for 1,208 yards and seven touchdowns and is second on team in rushing yards and touchdowns with 561 yards and five touchdowns.
