Michigan Wolverines head coach Jim Harbaugh was not pleased with a missed pass interference call in the first quarter of Saturday’s game against Ohio State.

If you haven’t noticed by now, Michigan Wolverines head coach Jim Harbaugh can get pretty intense on the sidelines. The former San Francisco 49ers coach was back at it again with another tantrum on Saturday during The Game against the Ohio State Buckeyes.

In the first quarter, the Wolverines faced a big third down as they were trying to drive down the field and score the first points of the game. Quarterback Wilton Speight tried to find his receiver Amara Darboh on a pass, but Darboh fell over and the pass fell incomplete.

After the play, Harbaugh was seen sprinting down the sideline and began arguing with the referee because there wasn’t a flag for pass interference. After review, it became clear that there was definitely interference, and Harbaugh was livid.

You can watch the video of Harbaugh’s reaction to the call in the Twitter video below.

Harbaugh was understandably upset because that third down could have a major impact on Saturday’s game. It’s especially frustrating because the referees definitely missed Darboh being pushed to the ground.

This rivalry has major College Football Playoff implications for both sides. If the Wolverines win, they’ll be heading to the Big Ten Championship to take on the Wisconsin Badgers. If the Buckeyes win, then the Penn State Nittany Lions should go to the conference championship as long as they can take down Michigan State on Saturday.

Harbaugh is hoping that this call doesn’t come back to hurt his Wolverines, or else we could see another sideline meltdown.
