Here’s how you can watch Saturday evening’s Rice vs Stanford game from Stanford Stadium online.

Stanford began the season 3-0 and looked to be one of the nation’s top College Football Playoff contenders before the Cardinal lost 3-of-4. Since then, they have won four straight games and have jumped back into the rankings.

Since the benching of Ryan Burns four games ago, Keller Chryst has led the Cardinal to a 4-0 record, beating opponents by an average of 18.5 points during that span. He has 683 yards and seven touchdowns with only two picks on the season.

Star running back Christian McCaffrey hasn’t had the Heisman-type season he was hoping for, but his numbers are still quite impressive. He has rushed for 1,399 yards and 12 touchdowns while catching 35 passes for 287 yards and two scores.

Rice, on the other hand, has been trending in the wrong direction all season long. The Owls are just 3-8 and look to be on track for a nine-loss season in 2016. Traveling to Stanford is not the easiest task, but anything can happen in the final week of the season, I guess.

Senior quarterback Tyler Stehling has been the starter all season long, but ineffective play under center has led to the emergence of freshman Jackson Tyner. In his limited action, Tyner looks like a much better option under center than his senior counterpart.

The offense has been somewhat anemic this season with no true breakout running back or receiver. Temi Alaka is the top receiver, catching 28 passes for 458 yards and two scores and Darik Dillard leads the run game.
