2. Art Briles

Do you remember when Baylor was the worst team in the Big 12? Do remember when the Bears had no winning record from 1996-2007? Art Briles has changed the entire culture in Waco, and almost made the number one spot based on that factor. Since 2011, the Bears have enjoyed a 29-10 record, and a Big 12 title last season. Baylor is now the “cool” place to play in the conference, with a great recruiting track record and a new stadium, Baylor is set up for success with coach Briles walking the sidelines.
