4. Mike Gundy

Mike Gundy is the winningest coach in Oklahoma State history. He has 77 wins over nine years to go along with the Cowboys’ first ever outright Big 12 title since 1948, in 2011. Since 2008, OSU has won at least eight games. The Cowboys might have a down year in 2014, but Gundy and his staff did have a great 2014 recruiting class, ranking third in the Big 12 on Rivals to go with the fourth best class in 2012.
