Last Game: Defeated Texas Longhorns 48-10

Next Game: Iowa State Cyclones at Home

The TCU Horned Frogs blatantly have the resume to be in the Top 4 in our Top 25. But we still refuse to do it, instead stubbornly sticking to the method we have used all year up to this point. And there is no way we are going to change that here.

TCU is 10-1, Baylor is 10-1, and TCU lost to Baylor. End of discussion. Nothing else needs to be said until Baylor loses another game. Otherwise, they win the Big 12, both teams have the same record, and the head-to-head is the tiebreaker. TCU still has a great resume with wins against Minnesota, Kansas State, and Oklahoma. But that Baylor loss stings. Fortunately for them, because of our method, it wouldn’t matter who they played this week in how it affects the way we rank them.

All that would matter is if Baylor lost. And knowing that, it’s probably a good thing that they simply play Iowa State, an easy win. That’ll at least give them a share of the Big 12 Championship. But it won’t be enough to put them in our Top 4.
