Texas A&M Aggies

Christina Aguilera-Fighter

This song should mean everything to the Texas A&M Aggies. For starters, it is a perfect pump-up and fight song for any team. All champions consider themselves fighters who are made much stronger and work a little bit harder.

But this song applies to the Aggies because they can direct it right at the Texas Longhorns and the Big 12. Texas gets the Longhorn Network in the state of Texas, allowed by the conference, slighting all the other schools like A&M, and will gladly blackball those schools.

Christina Aguilera was clearly referring to a backstabber in the record industry with “Fighter.” So both were working under backstabbers.

They both have left as well. Christina did not allow strings to hold her down and became that much stronger.

Texas A&M did not allow itself to be held back by the Big 12 unfair rules and bolted for the SEC, and since then they have out-recruited Texas and are challenging them for state supremacy. This was a great move for Kevin Sumlin and Co.

A marching band should be able to play this part relatively easy, with the easiest part coming on the guitar riff that directly follows the chorus each time. That sound would work perfectly
