19. Louisiana-Monroe Warhawks – Matt Viator replaces Todd Berry

Matt Viator was one of the more successful head coaches on the FCS level with McNeese State over the last 10 years. He went 77-33 during that time and had a winning record every year.

This year saw Viator lead McNeese State to a 10-0 start and a second round appearance in the FCS playoffs. His teams are led by a potent offensive attack and Louisiana-Monroe can use some more scoring punch.

He replaces Todd Berry who went 28-43 in six seasons.
