The Alabama secondary is loaded with five-star talent, and arguably the most talented of the bunch is Marlon Humphrey. As a redshirt freshman in 2015, Humphrey started all 15 games for the national champion Crimson Tide and tallied 45 total tackles with 3.5 tackles for a loss, forced two fumbles, broke up eight passes, and hauled in three interceptions, which tied for second on the team.

Humphrey was at his best in big games. He recorded his first career interception against Georgia, sealed the victory with a pick against Mississippi State, and added his third against Florida in the SEC Championship Game.

A standout on special teams, Humphrey was also on the receiving end of Alabama’s now famous kick-pass onside kick that shifted the momentum in the fourth quarter of the national title game, which Alabama went on to win 45-40.

Listed at 6-foot-1 and 192 pounds, Humphrey has NFL size that comes in handy when matching up against the best wide receivers in the conference – such as the No. 28 player on our list, LSU wideout Malachi Dupre.
