Rosen was perhaps the best freshman quarterback in the country in 2015 as he took UCLA and the Pac-12 by storm.

Rosen showed very good presence and decision making as just a freshman and will be counted on even more so than he was in 2015. UCLA replaces a lot of talent, particularly at wide receiver and on the offensive line. Not to mention that offensive coordinator Noel Mazzone is now at Texas A&M.

Even with that many losses on the offense, UCLA is the favorite in the Pac-12 South due to the abilities of Josh Rosen. Rosen is a quick decision maker, has the arm talent to make any throw on the field and isn’t afraid to stand in the pocket and take a hit to make a play. Rosen will be the strength of UCLA this fall, and should easily pass for more yards and touchdowns than last year. As Rosen goes, so goes the Bruins.
