Number 1. Alabama

Week 1 results: (1-0) 52-6 win against USC.

After the first weekend of college football, there is no doubt that the Alabama Crimson Tide are the best team in the SEC and in the entire country.

Alabama’s offense made a veteran and talented USC defense look silly and grasping at straws. The entrance of Jalen Hurts seemed to be something that USC did not gameplay for. Hurts moved the Alabama offense, seemingly at will and showed that given a really good offense, Alabama practically cannot be beaten.

As of the end of week one, the Alabama Crimson Tide stand out far and above the rest.
