The Florida State Seminoles drop three spots from the top of the ACC Power Rankings after falling to the Louisville Cardinals 63-20 in Week 3.

The Seminoles defense looked over matched from the very beginning, giving up a huge 30 yard rush on the games opening play.

The Florida State offense was just as over matched by Louisville’s front seven. The Seminoles allowed five sacks in the game and were held to just 284 yards of total offense.

Seminoles running back Dalvin Cook was held to just 54 rushing yards and no touchdowns in the game as well.

It’s back to the drawing board for Florida State after their worst loss in school history. The Seminoles allowed over 500 yards of total offense.

The Seminoles get an easier opponent in the South Florida Bulls this week. The Seminoles have beaten the Bulls in two straight games and lost their only meeting in 2009.
