7. Oklahoma State Cowboys (Record: 2-2)

Oklahoma State had so many opportunities in its 35-24 loss against Baylor. From goal line fumbles, the inability to convert, and fundamental errors, it was a long night. Fumbling inside the five-yard line probably changed the outcome for the Cowboys, because it since that play, they seemed to have lost their excitement. Who really knows, but mental errors coupled with how the Cowboys lost against Central Michigan have to be frustrating, especially considering how many people had such high hopes for Oklahoma State this season.

It’s certainly not too late to tighten it up, but with Texas’ win over Notre Dame seeming less and less a “marquee win” this season, this weekend against the Longhorns is the perfect time for Oklahoma State to send its own message.
