Week 7 result – 30-23 loss to Ohio State 

Wisconsin is the team who is one of the best in the NCAA, but has to play the rest of the top teams. With back-to-back loses to Ohio State and Michigan, the Badgers chances of making the playoffs are gone.

At this point, Wisconsin is hoping to make a bowl game like the Orange Bowl or Cotton Bowl and prove they are amongst the best.

Competing in the best conference in college football causes some teams to sit on the back burner, even if they belong at the top. That’s just what makes college football so much fun. However, if you’re a team like Wisconsin, knowing you belong at the top but not getting a chance has to hurt.
