player. Pick Analysis. EDGE. Boston College. Harold Landry. 7. Scouting Report. 59

It will be another six picks after Arden Key before another defensive lineman goes in the 2018 NFL Draft, at least in my opinion. Talented edge rusher Harold Landry isn’t exactly a household name in the college ranks, but that’s quite a shame because he’d be a superstar at almost any other college.

The defensive end recorded 16.5 sacks in 2016 as a junior but elected to come back for his senior season at Boston College. He helped lead one of the nation’s best defenses in the country last year and is poised to do so again in 2017.

Miami isn’t getting any younger on the defensive front, but the Dolphins did draft Charles Harris in the first round last year. He’s a solid end from Missouri and he could be a perfect complement for Landry.

The 6-foot-3, 250-pound end from Boston College has burst onto the scene as one of the top NFL draft prospects and it’s be a shock to see him fall past No. 10 overall. The Dolphins would be wise to school him up here.
