It’s been a rough few weeks for NC State, as the Wolfpack fell to Wake Forest this past week. The loss was the third in four games for a team once primed to compete for the ACC title. Ryan Finley threw for 327 yards, but the NC State ground game had just 175 yards.

The Wolfpack host North Carolina this Saturday.

The Demon Deacons won their second in a row and seventh game of the season with an upset of NC State John Wolford tossed three touchdowns and finished with 247 yards in the air. All three of his scores went to Tabari Hines, who had eight catches for 139 yards in all.

Wake Forest faces Duke at home this Saturday.

It’s been a weird season for Boston College, as the Eagles have gone 3-1 on the road and just 2-4 at home. AJ Dillon carried the offense on a wet day at Fenway Park, rushing for 200 yards and two scores against Connecticut.

The Eagles take on Syracuse inside the Carrier Dome this Saturday.

Virginia Tech got back in the win column, rallying for a 20-14 victory over Pittsburgh to move back into second place in the ACC Coastal.

Cam Phillips had 117 yards receiving and the game-winning touchdown from Josh Jackson. The defense also made a stop in the end zone to clinch the victory.

Unlike last year when Clemson lost on Senior Day, the Tigers had no trouble with The Citadel this past weekend. Clemson scored 61 points, as Kelly Bryant got in a half before leaving Zerrick Cooper and Hunter Johnson to handle the rest.

With the ACC title game set for December with Miami, the Tigers will try to close out the regular season with a win Saturday at South Carolina.

The Hurricanes had no trouble with Virginia this past week, showing no letdown from big games with Virginia Tech and Notre Dame in recent weeks.

Now, Miami has one more obstacle at Pittsburgh Saturday before a showdown with Clemson for the ACC crown. If both the Tigers and Hurricanes win this week, that will be for a spot in the College Football Playoff.
