A new quarterback on offense with the No. 1 pick and a new quarterback on defense with this one for the Browns, as they grab All-American Minkah Fitzpatrick.
At 6-1 and over 200 pounds, Fitzpatrick looks the part of an NFL safety. However, he has shown over the past three years that he can also man the corner, giving Cleveland flexibility.
Fitzpatrick made 66 tackles and picked off six passes last year, showing his athleticism by racking up 186 return yards and scoring two touchdowns.
He’s continued to record big plays this season with Alabama, setting a new career-high n tackles for loss.
