1. What happened to Chip Kelly?

Remember when he was the darling face of college football in terms of incredible offensive minds? Well, Chip Kelly might be a step behind now.

With this being his first season at UCLA, Kelly obviously still needs some time to get all of his style of players in. Still, this is a talented team with plenty of high-profile stars including at the skill positions.

Maybe the move to start Wilton Speight changed things up, and when Speight went out with an injury, Kelly hadn’t fully prepared the rest of the team for what the offense would look like.
