2. RaJae Johnson, WR, 3-star

The Mountaineers could be replacing multiple wide receivers following the 2018 season. Senior David Sills V is a solid NFL prospect, while Gary Jennings is quietly building an envious resume himself; Marcus Simms will also be draft eligible. All this could create the perfect match between JuCo wide receiver RaJae Johnson and the Mountaineers.

Listed at 6-foot-4 and 220 pounds, Johnson would be an immediate redzone threat the moment he steps on campus. The Mountaineers won’t have the same quarterback next season, but we’ve all witnessed Grier and Sills dominating inside the 20-yard line.

The three-star recruit currently holds eight scholarship offers: Bowling Green, Colorado State, Fresno State, Illinois, Kansas, New Mexico, UAB, and WVU. His production this season could garner more scholarships, but with a couple Power Five offers already on the table, it’s likely he’ll depart the junior college ranks.

In the San Mateo Bulldogs 2018 season-opener, the sophomore led the team in receptions with six and tallied 47 yards and a touchdown. That one game has been the bulk of his production so far, tallying only six catches and 66 yards in the team’s other two games he’s played.
