2. Return to being a 60-plus percent passer

As a freshman in 2016, Justin Herbert threw 19 touchdowns against just four interceptions, averaged over eight yards per attempt and completed 63.5 percent of his passes. The following year, he posted a 15-to-5 touchdown-to-interception ratio, improved his yards per attempt to 10 and hit 67.5 percent of his passes.

This past regular season, though, those numbers took a bit of a hit. While Herbert did throw for a career-high 28 touchdowns, he also threw eight picks – which makes sense considering he attempted a career-high 371 passes. However, his completion percentage dropped down to 59.6, which is a tough number to swallow after doing so well his first two years.

If Herbert can remain healthy, he should have no issues getting that number back up to the mid-60s for his senior season as long as Oregon has sturdy receivers. A 6-foot-6, athletic quarterback who can hit 60-plus percent of his receivers has a very bright NFL future ahead for himself.
