Justin Herbert. player. 48. Scouting Report. QB. Oregon. 4. Pick Analysis

The Tampa Buccaneers have a good chance to take a step in the right direction in the 2020 NFL Draft. And this time around they should not pass on an Oregon Duck quarterback.

Justin Herbert could’ve been a top-five pick in last year’s draft and without a doubt will be one this year. Herbert has yet to throw an interception on the 2019 season and has performed exceptionally well for a Duck team that’s returned to the top of the Pac-12.

From size to accuracy to athleticism, Herbert checks all the boxes of what you would want in a franchise quarterback. He has been compared to Andrew Luck and Carson Wentz and those are some pretty big names to be associated with.

Led by Mike Evans, the Buccaneers have an underrated receiving corps which is looking for a more consistent signal-caller and will get just that in Herbert.
