Pick Analysis. 4-2. player. 818. Scouting Report. at Arizona. Washington Huskies. 2

If you’ve watch the Huskies this year, it’s hard to notice that something’s different with this team. They upgraded significantly at quarterback with Jacob Eason, and they have more than capable receivers, but it seems the Huskies are missing something this year. When they look good on offense, they look really good — see the Hawai’i and BYU box scores — when they are “meh” they are really “meh” as the USC, Cal and Stanford box scores would show.

They travel to Tucson this week to play the Arizona Wildcats, and the Huskies better be careful. This is the very definition of “trap game.” Most trap games are against talented teams and Arizona is a talented team. The Huskies are six-point favorites in this one, but they are playing a team that can run the ball. In their two losses the Huskies have surrendered almost 200 yards rushing in each contest.

That means they have to worry about Khalil Tate, Gary Brightwell, and possibly JJ Taylor in the run game. If the Huskies key too much on the run Tate has talented receivers to throw to. And you know Huskies are cold weather dogs, and the game is in the desert. Hydrate and be careful Huskies, Wildcats like dog.
