3. Florida dominates the red zone

This is a classic mismatch in favor of the Gators. Florida’s defense ranks sixth in the nation in red zone defense, allowing touchdowns on just 61 percent of their red zone opportunities. With Jabari Zuniga returning to the fold, the defense should only improve in this match up.

On the flip side,  Missouri’s offense is the fourth worst in the country, scoring on about two-thirds of their red zone opportunities.

That is attributed to an offense that only has three 100-yard rushers on the season. Larry Rountree III was held to just 24 yards in their game against the Bulldogs. The run offense is just horrible (we’ll get to the passing game shortly).

If the Tigers can’t improve their efficiency inside the 20, they’re going to have a really hard time generating enough points to cause the Gators problems, as the Florida offense has been very good with Kyle Trask under the helm.
