Florida Football: 3 reasons the Gators will beat Missouri in Week 12
By Kyle Grondin
1. Missouri has a mediocre defensive line
Missouri’s defensive line has really struggled this season. Through nine games, the Tigers rank no. 105 with only 14 sacks on the season, and that will be a problem against the Florida offense.
The pass defense did a pretty good job against Georgia and Jake Fromm, but they ended the game with just one sack and zero quarterback hurries in the game, and Georgia controlled the game throughout.
While they had some success against the Bulldogs, if you give time to Kyle Trask, and time for Van Jefferson and Kyle Pitts to get open, and Missouri is going to struggle on defense in this one. I expect Kyle Trask and Pitts to have another big day, and the Gators win this game by 10.
