Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Florida. C.J. Henderson. player. CB. 17. 123

The Dallas Cowboys were in a mess with their contracts thanks to some mismanagements on specific re-signings and who they ignored. While they may be fine on the offensive side of the ball, defensively, they have lost some significant contributors in the secondary.

Among one of the biggest losses, cornerback Byron Jones was huge. The Cowboys will need to replace the level of impact in the secondary.

The Cowboys have signed some starters at the safety position. They will likely turn their attention to refill the cornerbacks in the 2020 NFL Draft.

This draft will have multiple cornerbacks that have first-round talent. The Cowboys can trade back if they feel like they can acquire another corner in the first round.

Adding a consistent coverage player like C.J. Henderson will very instrumental in making a complete defense for Dallas.
