Pick Analysis. OT. Houston. Josh Jones. Scouting Report. 26. player. 59

The Miami Dolphins are back in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft with their third and final pick. They have selected their franchise quarterback and an immediate contributor and leader on defense.

Finally, the Dolphins will need to take the biggest issue on their team overall which is the offensive line. Last season, their offensive line gave up 58 overall sacks, which is tied for most in the league with the Carolina Panthers.

The Dolphins have acted in addressing the offensive line by signing guard Ereck Flowers to a three-year deal. He has revitalized his worth as a pass protector and run blocker last season with the Washington Redskins.

The Dolphins missed out on some of the top tackles in the draft and cannot afford to lose another impact blocker. Josh Jones was a four-year starter with the Cougars as he displayed his length and surprising athleticism.
