Despite a loaded group of wide receivers in tight ends, Terrace Marshall Jr. found a way to leave his mark on the 2019 Tigers.

More from LSU Tigers

Marshall was held to just 12 games due to injury, but he still managed to catch 46 passes for 671 yards and 13 touchdowns. In LSU’s Week 2 victory over Texas, Marshall joined 2020 first round pick Justin Jefferson and Ja’Marr Chase as part of a trio that all hauled in more than 100 receiving yards.

With three touchdown grabs in the Tigers Week 1 victory over Georgia Southern, he became the first Tiger since Travin Dural (2014) to make three touchdown catches in a game. Marshall also scored two touchdowns in the SEC Championship Game, two in the Peach Bowl and one in the national championship game vs. Clemson.

At 6-4, Marshall can win nearly every jump ball and will likely be a red-zone favorite for whichever team selects him.

With a full season of health to match the production he put together in 2019, there’s a high chance he forgoes his Senior Season and declares for the 2021 NFL Draft where he may just be a first round pick.
