2. Kyle Pitts is the best tight end in college football

It would be easy to say this after watching him play on Saturday afternoon against Ole Miss and there’s been plenty of talk about Kyle Pitts being the nation’s best tight end heading into the season, but it’s still early.

I mean, only one game has been played this season and Brevin Jordan continues to show just why he belongs in that conversation as well as Miami is off to a scorching-hot 3-0 start.

Pitts did have the best game of the season of any tight end around the nation, catching eight passes for 170 yards and four touchdowns. Yes, you read that correctly, he had four touchdown catches from Kyle Trask and he looked unstoppable. Ole Miss could not slow him down and he put up some video game-like numbers.

It looks like Florida has the best tight end in the country right now, but is it an official statement? Not yet.
