Loser: Oklahoma (Unranked)

In a shocking turn of events, Oklahoma is now unranked and has lost back-to-back games in the Big 12. The offensive line was terrible, the defense was worse and quarterback Spencer Rattler turned the ball over with the game on the line. There won’t be another playoff run for Oklahoma and it will be interesting to see how the rest of their season plays out.

A Big 12 title is not out of the question, but it is going to be hard to climb back into contention for the Sooners this season. They face Texas on Saturday in the most uninspiring game in this series in recent memory.

Loser: Texas A&M (Down to No. 21)

While they did not drop out of the poll like the other losers on this list, yesterday had to be disheartening for Aggies fans. In year three of the Jimbo Fisher era, the Aggies are no closer to challenging for the SEC West title and it showed in a major way on Saturday.

Alabama had its way with A&M’s defense and just embarrassed them all afternoon. Senior quarterback Kellen Mond looks like he has not progressed at all since his freshman season, and that is an indictment on Fisher. He is being paid $75 million to be a championship level coach and the Aggies look very far from that goal after this weekend.
