1. Alabama (vs. Georgia)

Vegas might not view this as an upset come Saturday at 8 p.m. ET, but Alabama is ranked higher.

Breaking as this is being written is that Alabama coach Nick Saban has COVID-19 and will not be coaching his Crimson Tide come Saturday. Steve Sarkisian will be taking over.

Sometimes that’s all it takes.

Alabama was far from impressive last week, particularly on defense. They were routinely torched by Ole Miss and the Rebels went shot for shot with Alabama in impressive fashion.

This game comes down to Alabama’s defense. It’s not often we can question an Alabama defense, but it’s absolutely fair now. They’re giving up 30 points and 473 yards per game.

Georgia has speed everywhere, and surprising quarterback Stetson Bennett has surpassed every expectation that’s been put on him. He’s yet to throw an interception and he’s eighth in the nation in passing yards.

It’s hard to see Alabama not having a difficult time stopping the Bulldogs offense. If Georgia can get off to a fast start, it might be an early night in Tuscaloosa.
