2. Brock Purdy throws four touchdown passes

Will the 2018 and 2019 version of Brock Purdy please stand up? We haven’t seen Purdy play to his potential this season as his completion percentage is down about five points from a season ago and he’s averaging just over 200 yards and one touchdown per game through the air. He needs to be better.

And against Kansas, he will be.

We haven’t seen the real Purdy yet and Kansas’ defense is going to allow him to get back on track, especially after an ugly 162-yard performance against Oklahoma State.

Purdy has passed for over 300 yards just once this season and he’ll do it again in Week 9 and he’ll even add four touchdowns through the air. He will almost double his touchdown total on the season in just one game against the Jayhawks.

All the Purdy doubters will get a week off with the junior quarterback looking like the pro prospect we all expected heading into the season.
