1. Florida wins by a late field goal

Evan McPherson has been as good as anyone this season when it comes to kicking field goals and the Gators are going to need him to step up big in the closing minutes on Saturday.

With the game knotted at 35-35, Florida will need a field goal with just over a minute to go from 38 yards out to take a huge lead and potentially put the Razorbacks away in a back-and-forth battle.

McPherson will step up from 38 yards out and knock it down with ease, right through the middle of the uprights to give Florida that three-point lead. That will hold up in the final minute as the Gator defense will pick Feleipe Franks off in the final minutes while he’s attempting to drive and pull off the game-winning score.

Just how good has McPherson been this season, he is 8-for-9 on field goals and 4-for-4 on kicks from under 40 yards. That’ll improve to 5-for-5 and 9-for-10 overall after Saturday.

Not too shabby from one of the best kickers in college football.
