2. Ty Jordan is going to be a problem for years

When you lose a running back like Zack Moss, it’s incredibly difficult to replace him in that next season. Fortunately for Utah, it brought in a freshman by the name of Ty Jordan who exceeded all expectations in just four games of play.

In fact, he had 44 carries for 296 yards and a touchdown heading into Saturday afternoon’s game against the No. 21 team in the country. He was averaging 6.7 yards per touch.

Not only did Jordan add to those numbers, but he did so emphatically. He rushed 17 times for 147 yards and two touchdowns. He caught two passes for 19 yards, putting him over 165 all-purpose yards on the game. Not too shabby against one of the best teams in the Pac-12 this year.

Keep in mind, Jordan is only a freshman and he finished his first season with over 440 yards and three touchdowns in just four games of action. He averaged 7.3 yards per carry on the season as well.

This kid is going to be a nightmare for the Pac-12 for years to come.
