Who wins?

Miami football is still trying to build itself up under second-year head coach Manny Diaz and that’s what makes this game important. Not only that, but you don’t want to lose back-to-back games to end the season.

The Hurricanes had a great season but another loss would leave a bad taste in everyone’s mouth heading into next season and could even leave Miami out of the top 25.

On the other side of things, Miami could surge into a top-15 finish with a win and 9-2 certainly sounds much, much better than 8-3, all things considered.

Last season, the Hurricanes were shut out in their bowl loss and I think these Miami players will want to add what would be a significant win to their resume before they depart.

Oklahoma State is a program perpetually trying to gain respect and the Cowboys will want to win this game badly too. But their sophomore quarterback has proven to be very mistake prone and on Tuesday night in Tampa, that will prove to be the difference.

A couple of mistakes by Sanders, as well as a stellar showing by Miami’s King will lead to a narrow, but exciting win for the Hurricanes in the 2020 Cheez-It Bowl.
