3. Penn State Running Backs Coach Ja’Juan Seider

Ja’Juan Seider is currently the running backs coach at Penn State and is regarded as one of the best recruiters in the entire country.

Before he was at Penn State, Seider was the running backs coach and recruiting coordinator at Marshall for three seasons from 2010-2012. After Marshall, Seider spent time at West Virginia as the running backs coach and then held the same position at Florida before going to Penn State.

Seider has coached some of the best running backs in the country everywhere he has been and being a former coach and recruiting coordinator at Marshall, the hope is that Seider could locate and develop some of the best local talent around.

This is an attractive name that would be a solid hire for the Thundering Herd if it happened.
