Nov. 6. Notre Dame (Ind.). 9. 944. Pick Analysis. Navy Midshipmen. player. Scouting Report

After back-to-back losses, Notre Dame will look to bounce back at home against one of its bigger rivals in Navy. Notre Dame did not get to play the Midshipmen last season due to COVID-19 and the rivalry will resume this season.

Navy is usually a pretty consistent program, but they have been a little up and down here lately. I think that Notre Dame will be hungry for a win after some close losses to USC and North Carolina and this is not a good spot for Navy to be in.

I think the Fighting Irish bounce back in a big way and blow out Navy at home.

Final Score: Notre Dame 45, Navy 14 (6-3)

Charlottesville (Va.). Virginia Cavaliers. 10. player. 888. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Nov. 13

Notre Dame will go on the road for the first time in over a month and face the Virginia Cavaliers. Virginia is one of the more respected ACC programs ever since Bronco Mendenhall took over and you can expect the Cavs to play physical style of football and be well-coached and ready to play every week, no matter the opponent.

I think that Virginia is a bit of a dark-horse in the ACC Coastal this year with the return of quarterback Brennan Armstrong and some other contributors on offense. I trust Mendenhall to put out a good defense and if the offense takes a step forward, look out.

I think this could be a tricky game for Notre Dame if they are not careful. I think that Notre Dame gets it done however and moves to the last part of their schedule with momentum.

Final Score: Notre Dame 27, Virginia 21 (7-3)
