1. North Carolina State (L)

What better way to start your season than traveling to face a 8-4 ACC squad? Well the Bulls will find out the hard way that there are actually multiple ways to start your season that are better than this one.

Record: 0-1

2. Florida (L)

Deciding the outcome of this game requires just pure common sense. One of these teams finished 1-8 with a Group of Five schedule, and the other was the only team able to keep Alabama in a one-possession game. Rough pair of games to start the year.

Record: 0-2

3. Florida A&M (W)

The only ones that will be left “rattled” after this match will be the Rattlers themselves. South Florida is, truthfully, just not a good team right now, so they are susceptible to struggling more than they probably should. But nonetheless, the Bulls are sure to win by a rather unflattering margin.

Record: 1-2

4. BYU (L)

The BYU Cougars lose a lot of what they had in 2020, and will noticeably fall in 2021 as a result. However, their program is still in a much better state than USF’s as of late.

The game will also be at Brigham Young, which does absolutely zero favors for the Bulls and their chances of survival. The Cougars winning by at least 30 should be expected.

South Florida prepares for their AAC schedule with a month-long beating resulting in an undesirable 1-3 record. Hopefully their conference slate will invite them in gently.

Record: 1-3
