1. Air Force at Navy

It has been 20 years since the horribly tragic events of September 11th. Only seems fitting two of the nations service academies meet each other to honor the day and the men and women who have served and currently serve in the military.

Air Force leads the series 31 to 22, but the teams have alternated victories on their home turf going back to 2013. The last victory in Annapolis for the Falcons occurred a decade ago.

Last Saturday Air Force took care of business against Lafayette. Navy on the other hand did not start the season on a good note, getting blown out by Marshall. The Midshipmen would love to avenge their loss to Air Force from a year ago.

If you like strong passing games, this is not the game for you. Seeing the ball thrown through the air will be a rare sight but both teams have strong running games and like to control the clock. It should be a methodical contest and whichever team controls the ball the longest has the most likely chance of pulling out the victory.

It is always an interesting watch when the service academies play one another. Adding the background of September 11th makes this game worth the watch.
