2. Jayden Daniels records four total touchdowns

Jayden Daniels hasn’t exactly been a Heisman candidate this season, throwing just four touchdown passes to five interceptions, but all he needs is one game to really get him on track.

Stanford will be that game.

The junior quarterback had more interceptions than touchdown passes on the season until he tossed two scores against UCLA last weekend with no picks. He’s going to carry that momentum over into Friday night’s game, tossing two more touchdown passes and rushing for a couple more, accounting for four total on the night.

Daniels has the ability to score in just about every way and he hasn’t shown that yet this season, rushing for two total touchdowns. The fact that he has just six touchdowns through five games and Arizona State is still 4-1 just doesn’t seem right.

He’ll add to that total on Friday night, hitting the 10 mark on the year.

Bad news for the rest of the Pac-12: Daniels will finally get rolling.
