1. Kevin Austin Jr., wide receiver

Kevin Austin Jr. had himself a day on the field for the Irish offense. He had six catches for 139 yards, plus one touchdown reception. The 139 yards is now a career high for the talented wide receiver.

Saturday’s game against Navy was not only a career high for Kevin Austin Jr. but also the first time he has gone over the 100-yard receiving mark in his Irish career. It was great to see Austin Jr. have a good game after back-to-back games with not getting over 39 receiving yards against either USC or North Carolina.

Austin Jr. may be a junior when it comes to his athletic eligibility but the talented wide receiver is still only scratching the surface on what he can do for Notre Dame on the field.
