Which college football conference has most teams going to 2021 bowl game?

Are you surprised to see a Power Five team so low on this list? Well, you shouldn’t be. The Pac-12 has been really bad this season and the fact that there are only six teams headed to the postseason from the conference shouldn’t be all that shocking.

Oregon looked like the best team in the league for most of the year, beating Ohio State in the second week of the season, but Utah rose up and knocked the Ducks down a few pegs.

Utah beat Oregon twice to end the season, including for the Pac-12 title, and earned a Rose Bowl berth in the process.

Here are the bowl-bound teams and their matchups this postseason:

  • Utah (Rose Bowl) vs. Ohio State on Jan. 1
  • Washington State (Sun Bowl) vs. Miami on Dec. 31
  • Arizona State (Las Vegas Bowl) vs. Wisconsin on Dec. 30
  • Oregon (Alamo Bowl) vs. Oklahoma on Dec. 29
  • UCLA (Holiday Bowl) vs. NC State on Dec. 28
  • Oregon State (Jimmy Kimmel LA Bowl) vs. Utah State on Dec. 18

Only six teams getting into a bowl isn’t great, but it was an admittedly poor year for the Pac-12.
