Arkansas Football: 3 way-too-early 2022 breakout candidates
Ketron Jackson Jr. was Arkansas’ top overall signee in the 2021 class and he saw a little action as a true freshman, catching five passes for 97 yards and a touchdown.
Although he didn’t put up huge numbers, he showed promise. The former No. 165 overall recruit in the 2021 class looked like he could be an electric addition to the offense and he may have to step up and be a star this season with Treylon Burks moving on.
Jackson Jr. is a 6-2, 205-pound receiver from Texas who has an impressive skill set and he has some speed that can set him apart. He could be a serious problem for opposing defensive backs.
Heading into his first full offseason as a projected starter, he could feel some extra pressure, but I think he’ll seize this opportunity. He has everything you want from a receiver in terms of size, strong hands, speed, and route-running ability.
The former top-200 recruit could be the next star receiver for Arkansas.
